Extraordinary thing #1: my mum arrived from England. This was expected, and a nice thing.
Extraordinary thing #2: Cat got food poisoning after we had lunch together at one of my favorite sandwich places in town. Not expected and definitely not nice.
Extraordinary thing #3: the sewage pipe under my house collapsed. Completely unexpected, and completely rubbish. When combined with extraordinary things #s 1 & 2, it has to be one of the most rubbish thing ever.
